As part of the “Culture and Cuisine Series,” students can experience authentic international or regional cuisines and learn about the culture that defines the location. In addition to offering an alternative menu that celebrates the month’s theme, students will enjoy faculty forums and live music events that reflect the culinary delight of the month. Reservations and meal plans are required for these programs.
